What makes CRO different in comparison to SaaS? (Interview with Growth Specialist Frederic Linfjard) -
What is the conversion rate optimization in SaaS software any different from the traditional A/B test for Ecommerce?
Does it just aim to get customers to click"buy" or click"buy" or click "buy" button (like it's in Ecommerce)? Or is there more to this?
I met with growth expert (and the current Director at Growth for Planday) Frederic Linfjard I asked him what he thought about the issues I asked him.
It's obvious that CRO in SaaS is much more than "red button" in comparison to. blue button."
Here are some quotes from our conversion
"Conversion rate optimization doesn't have to be just about either the blue or red buttons. It's about increasing the life-time value of the client."
"Traffic or" traffic is the main thing that software firms are focusing on. Following that, they stop trying out the product or signing up for a trial. In the end, they aren't able to tell how many they're making within a month or continuing?
"You might increase your revenue by the same amount, with the same amount of traffic. You can do this by making sure that employees are retained for to stay for longer duration. It's been my experience that many people do not consider this option at software companies. ."
