We asked our creative community what they're doing with AI. We've collated the responses.

Those questions - usually concerning fears of robot lords and the complete lack of imagination and culture, or both. But despite those concerns, AI has already been weaving itself into workflows around the globe and has shown no sign to slowing down. The question is, what does it relate to creative work as well as the creators?

As anyone who works in the field of creative can tell you, the human element that is able to convey emotion, imagination, meaningful art crucially, totally uncopyable by machines. Also, the technology can't make decisions or develop concepts without human input and is positioned, nearly as being a necessity, as tools as opposed to complete replacements. "It's a lot of prompts along with trials and mistakes," photographer Rachel Hulin.

The new era of AI generated will certainly change how we do business, but it is an effective method to employ and might not necessarily be in contradiction to artistic disciplines. To test this theory we asked creatives across the community who have started to explore AI in order to learn how they're using it today and how they envision it changing their job in the coming years. We've collated the responses of their peers, as well as what they believe about the future for AI within the field of creativity.

 AI powers creative independent work

Any filmmaker can tell you, making films (or really, any piece that is content) is a process that involves collaboration. Films require input from people with special abilities and result of a fusion of ideas. But for the majority of filmmakers who are independent, AI is opening a new world of possibilities for filmmakers who want to develop projects on themselves, entirely on their own.

By making his own script and after that he made short videos using AI technology, which were synchronized with his vision, Paul could build out an original, animated and breathtaking Staff-Picked video by editing the visuals of the content digitally.

AI has transformed our speak in visual language

Due to the fact that AI imagery - at least in the moment - is displaying an uncanny valley quality (a term meant to describe the feeling of apprehension you experience whenever you look at a computer-generated image which is just not right) It's now very easily to identify. In our discussions, we found that filmmakers tend to gravitate towards pictures created using AI due to the fact that they have this characteristic.

The argument is that for Paul Trillo, being able to make his latest film by himself was an ideal option to realize a vision on a tight budget however, it was also the design and style of the piece which prompted Trillo to use the technology. "In the sense that the usage of AI to provide you with choices to make is very much like the process of directing," he says. "It provides you with randomness and happy accidents, things that don't have to be influenced so and are interesting things that you can draw from."

Chris Carboni was the one who utilized an earlier Version of MidJourney to animate the adorable "HAIRY POUTER" was also impressed by AI's bizarre interpretations of his vision. "We loved the style of art that AI developed after only two or three rounds of making new images" Chris. Chris.

"We allowed the AI create fascinating theories. When we came across the one we liked, we urged it to go along with that particular thread to ensure that it would always be entertaining and simple to comprehend."

"It's exciting," says Laen Sanches. "It's an opportunity to discover new ways of telling my stories. It's a journey of new methods, techniques and exciting new challenges."

AI is a step towards bringing more creativity to the table. AI will open up more space for innovation

In almost every conversation, we discovered that those who we talked to were enthusiastic about using AI in order to get out of the dull task that creative full-time requires - and return to what it is that matter most.

Multimedia creator Romke Hoogwaerts relies on AI for efficiency, no matter the scope of his work. "I use AI to help me automate my work," says Romke. "I've utilized it to send business emails, and even offering quotes to clients and so on. AI will always perform most effectively when it comes to large-scale lifting of simple tasks."

Chris Carboni, too, utilizes AI to keep his email inbox clean and his projects organized. "I am a fan of using AI to improve my inbox and also to serve as a personal assistant, who can answer questions, explaining complex ideas, and handling repetitive tasks."

 AI is an artificial intelligence program which isn't a completely novel skill

Through all of our conversations throughout our discussions and discussions, we reached the same conclusion of our filmmakers and creatives using AI to enhance and extend the scope of work, not to replace it. "I'm trying to see the issue as more than "They're changing my work and I'm going to lose my job,'" Jordan says. Jordan. "It's more like a "Ok but what do I going to do with it right now and what do I need to do?'"

Rachel Hulin, for example Rachel Hulin, for instance used AI to duplicate the appearance of cameras using technology that has been lost to the time: "One of my favorite cameras isn't available anymore However, I'm able to utilize AI to recreate that exact old-fashioned appearance."

Jordan Clarke, who works mostly as an animator and director has used AI to become more confident with writing. "I've always felt nervous whenever I write," he says. "So I felt like whenever I wrote using AI. AI it would be helpful to use it as an instrument for sketching."

A lot of creators are keen to learn more about the tools available to them, AI has become a means of producing work that previously wouldn't have been feasible and is not just a means of replicating the same processes or replacing them.

"There are both positive and negative methods to employ this method," Paul adds. "For people they're creating something which could not have been created in the past. It's opening up this world of things which would have never been feasible." Other people, AI is simply offering an opportunity for artists to share the stories that they've always wanted to share for years.
