In this post I'll explain what the Member Content Team effectively uses Strive to control our workflow for blog posts. Since we have multiple writers contributing to six blogs keeping an organized and well-controlled workflow is extremely essential.

The good news is that Strive offers two amazing features that simplify the process and provide seamless management. We'll look at how to make use of these capabilities:

New Drafts

The right-hand on the right Content Calendar page, the " Add New Draft" can be the launchpad to start your blog.

  4. Complete (Green): After I finish the edits and am satisfied that the post is ready for publication, I switch the status to Finished. The post box promptly transforms into a calming green.

Green has a significant role for us as Strive has an alternative setting that automatically publishes any Complete (green) article on the scheduled date and hour in WordPress Editor. WordPress Editor. This can significantly cut down time. But, it requires constant check of dates and times every time you "go green."

Finally, once a publication is successful, it transitions to black. This indicates that the whole process has been complete.
