Millie Adrian is on a mission to teach youngsters using social media how to make money with Instagram.

Her love for creating of fresh content began in her early days. In 2008, she created YouTube channels with her brother when they were younger. The channel ran for 9 years. "It was for entertainment only," she says. "We produced humorous videos, skits and sketches and tinkered with various strategies for living. ."

In the year she was promoted to an executive job at the age of 20 , she became disenchanted with the artistic outlet that making videos gave her. The result was that she decided to take the opportunity Instagram writing as a pastime outside of work. The company advertised herself as a lifestyle blogger , who wrote "anything and everything" posting photos about food fashion as well as travel, fashion, books, wine, and coffee, and even her dog.

The account on Instagram was rapidly growing and within a short time she was getting numerous inquiries from her followers. They wanted to know the reason for her growth as well as what she was doing to take certain photos, and why she had so much engagement. In order to offer her viewers the most precise information, she came up with the idea of a new YouTube channel. In the subsequent years, her Instagram-based teaching became her specialty.

"My YouTube was growing , and my Instagram was expanding, which lead to the aid of more users," she explains. "I decided what platform I would like to launch on, before choosing to go to the platform which I believed was the best. They really worked well together ."

In October, she quit her position at a large corporate firm and began to create full-time content. In the last year, she's gained a following on Instagram that's reached 117K. Additionally, she's got a YouTube channel which has 246k fans . It is also monitoring the introduction of online classes in 2021 . She's taught 600 students, and made more than $400,000 in revenues. "Next year, I'm hoping to hit an income of seven figures,"" the teacher smiles.

Here are the 10 ways she earned more than six figures her first year of marketing her courses:

  3.       She carried out market research to discover what price was appropriate.

Her gut feeling was that she was following her gut instinct.

As a part of her work, Adrian created content for Instagram as well as Youtube during the weekend hours. It was a means to revive her love of creating, especially as she began to crave more time for it.

Though she had always been a big fan of work-hours 9-5 but she started to get an uneasy "gut feeling" that she had to do some other goal. "I was unable to sleep, as the part of me believed that I was created with the capacity to accomplish greater things," she shares. "I thought that there was something I could have done and an opportunity to take part in something beyond ."

The decision was made to make the move after she had earned around half the money she earned in the corporate world by making material. "Everyone is going to have to take on a myriad of non-negotiable choices that have to be met to complete the transformation," she says.

When she had reached this goal, and could reach the goal she set, she resigned from the job she was doing, and embarked on the journey of work to pursue her own goals on October 4, 2019. In the midst of the help and encouragement from her fans and the ability to take more time, she determined that the next step of her path was to design an online training course.

She has launched three distinct course

In the present time, Adrian has three courses The Modern Influencer course which is the most costly price priced at $997 USD. The course is titled Email List 101, which is her program for the intermediate stage, which costs $297 USD and The Reels Roadmap. It is also the course that has the lowest cost of $197 USD. The courses she offers will help students become an online creator of content however,"The Modern Influencer is the program she's most interested in.

In the beginning, the business was named The Modern Influencer was founded by her in June of 2021. It was launched with a 6-week coaching session that cost $597. Then, she made the decision to switch the coaching group program into an individual, three month coaching program. But, Adrian was quick to realize that she was not capable of instructing hundreds of people in one-on-one training. Adrian decided to transform"The Modern Influencer into an existing class.

In the search for the best online course hosting company, her selection was one she picked because she was a member of several online classes and, during her years as a student, was one of her most cherished students.

"From the viewpoint of one's students' perspective it is the best way to master the subject and is also the easiest and most straightforward."

Apart from providing three classes as well as three courses in addition, she's also provided other products that she is able to offer for sale when you pay in order to boost the amount of money she makes, including Pitch Email Templates Pitch Slide deck templates Guide for Media, Guide to Kit, Guide for Media Kit Guide with 100+ captioning concepts.

She conducted market studies to find out which is the most appropriate price

To figure out the cost for The Modern Influencer: Modern Influencer course, she conducted market research. She wanted to find out what other authors offered similar courses. She also compared her program against other courses. "I took a look at the curriculum they taught and also my personal way of teaching was inspired by the material they were teaching," she says.

"I was unable to locate a school that taught the usage of Instagram and collaboration with brands. I put them together," continues Adrian. "That's how I managed to figure out the best cost ."

Her content was developed by analyzing what her audience wants to be able to hear.

Adrian designed her classes that were not designed based on the topics she wanted to teach in conjunction with the courses that didn't exist.

Then, she analyzed the proportion of them took any courses that were related to Instagram as well as the subjects they'd like to know but couldn't. She then created the Modern Influencer's course curriculum by "brain-dumping" all the information she knew about on sticky notepads. "The table was full of notespads which were sticky" she remarks with a laugh.

The sticky notes were organized according to her order, starting from A to Z. They covered all the information necessary for someone to transition from not knowing about Instagram to being a complete creator of Instagram content. Every A through Z section was regarded as an element of a module. The rest of the notes were turned into lessons. While she says that they're mostly focused on Instagram but the content is constantly evolving with each new year, they'll continue to add lessons. The instructor is also considering teaching on YouTube and TikTok as they're exactly what the people are looking for.

Each class is taught using a range of styles. Her classes alternate with video clips from her talk slideshows and slideshows, as well as screen recordings. "It is about the topic as well as how students are most likely to learn from the information," she says.

In addition, her programming is entirely pre-recorded The only thing she has is a sporadic Q&A segment, which she conducts on her Facebook page. Facebook.

She constantly improves the learning experience of the students she instructs.

The Facebook group she's in on Facebook is where the Modern Influencer students are in. The students have access all their lives to this group , which provides them with an environment where they can always ask concerns regarding the production of their posts.

As well as its Facebook account, the page has been exploring several ways to get people more involved in The Modern Influencer The idea of creating of the Modern Influencer Certification to show that they've successfully accomplished their course and are acknowledged as influential. In addition, she's hoping to connect those who have been through the course to be able to obtain deals with a PR list. "I do not intend to become an agent, but I'd like to provide people with the chance to move forward," she says.

Furthermore, she hopes to provide students with the opportunity to be a part of the class. This means that Adrian offers students a part of their tuition, and gives students the chance to recommend students to them. "Those are only two of suggestions we're exploring We'd want to come up with effective strategies for next year's academic next year's academic calendar,"" she says.

She was generous in sharing her experience.

People she follows are influential young generation. Sometimes, they are referred to as creators of content who want to be spokespersons for their companies' image online.

"I am not working with any business or other entity that doesn't want to make an appearance in the camera, as a major part of the strategy I use is to create an emotional connection between your camera and the clients," she says.

As with her peers, forming Adrian's fans took her out from her comfortable zone -However, she says, "you don't grow from areas of comfort."

She says she built her fan base through her willingness to learn. "For some time I participated in free webinars , and I analyzed the way other people's work was being done," she says. "I instantly noticed a shift in my lifestyle as I began purchasing online courses to produce the results I desired. ."

Her top tip to help creators gain a following is to communicate their thoughts regarding the message they want to share. She believes that content creators should not become a gatekeeper for information.

"Don't be secretive about your knowledge, give away everything you have.Once I made myself think,'screw it', I'd share everything I had learned in the hope of getting paid. My students began to come at me."

The designer developed a fundamental sales funnel

Instead of being overwhelmed with sales funnels decorated in elaborate layouts, Adrian decided to keep the funnel straightforward.

In the weeks before she launched The Modern Influencer The Modern Influencer, she created wait lists in the Google form. She also included the URL of the website on all the social media platforms she used. Once she'd started the course, she found people who were eagerly awaiting the email.

Course creators should be wary of funnels that intimidate audience. The suggestion she gives is to design an efficient funnel that's easy to follow, for example, waiting lists to ensure that they're capable of generating leads, and draw in customers who are ready to buy their courses once they've been released.

They gave out freebies for all the classes.

The sales funnel employed by Adrian has become a little more advanced and includes some complimentary items that are similar to her courses. "When you download the offer  or take action, you'll be placed into an automated email systemthat is capable of promoting you by email" she says.

In the case of those looking to be a Modern Influencer, she's providing an online webcast lasting 60 minutes, which will guide the 100-day plan, i.e. the best way to approach it in order to build 10,000 followers and make 1000 dollars over 100 days. After the free course, participants are upsold the program.

If you want to take the Email List 101 course, it's available for free as a 10 page pdf file that can guide users on how to build the base email list, expand and maintain an email list. In the Reels Roadmap course, this course is completely free. will help you increase the amount of views that they get make them more noticeable to the reels, and help them become viral.

She was able to combat burnout

While Adrian's company is growing fast, it's happening in the way of her mental wellbeing.

When she set out to find the job of her dreams and was sucked into an unproductive pattern. "I worked every waking moment of the morning," her mother says.

After suffering from burning out and panic attacks throughout the months after the launch of the program She decided to get an assistant to oversee the administration of her company. "If I don't produce videos, my company will probably going to be unsuccessful," she explains.

Now, she has an online-based administrator for business who also serves as funnel strategist, expert on community engagement and communities as well as a virtual assistant editor of videos. She also serves as a brand collaborations manager  and an SEO expert, as well as an official Pinterest director. The addition of her team has helped her develop stricter and more personal rules to manage her. What do you think of your results? It's all about creating content instead of being overwhelmed by the minutiae details. "I've had to learn many things about myself to make sure my personal boundaries aren't breached by those levels," she says.

     She's always there

One of the most important aspects that Adrian discovered throughout the entire production process in her experience with burnout was the fact that it was a complete marathon not simply a race. Adrian suggests all content creators to adhere to this strategy as well, particularly in order to prevent burnout and build an enterprise that lasts.

"You're in it to last," she explains. "You do not have to be aware of what the result will be in a flash or require immediate fulfillment."

Entrepreneurs should focus on their business daily, and in tiny chunks. "It is not necessary that everything accomplished simultaneously," she adds. "This is the long-term game. If this is what you're aiming for, then increase your output each day by 1 percent. If you focus on each day for the next three years, you'll have the ability to accomplish more that someone who is trying to finish all at once. ."

Her biggest accomplishment was receiving her YouTube Play Button -- an award that is given to YouTube's top channels. "It was the most complete event in my professional life," she tells us and smiles. "I am hoping to come back with the same passion to give the 12-year-old Millie her dreams that she believed in in her soul could be realized ."

One thing she wishes she could go back and remind herself of was a fawning love for the process. If you're planning to become web-based content creators, she suggests that you concentrate on the outcome from constant, steady progress. "Don't think about the amount of time that it'll take to accomplish what you've achieved," she advises.
