Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I am happy to announce that you have been chosen as the Springie Award Winner for our Q3 of 2023! Tell me, what is the significance behind you being selected to receive the Springie Award here at ?

Danica Larsen:It is really satisfying to be really warm to know that I was able to included a significant portion of me -- my unique personality -- into my work routine. It was also gratifying to see that the people around me were aware of it, and that it was welcomed and appreciated by people with a positive outlook, in addition to being aware that it wasn't solely due to achieving a certain quantity that I could have been praised and the other jobs I've held however, it was due to my personality and the accomplishments that I've made outside of the one number. It was truly gratifying being acknowledged as a person. It was truly moving.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing and definitely merits a mention. Another thing that I am interested in is for you to discuss certain highlights that are, in fact, what you've heard about. you first heard about it, and more specifically your contribution to the benchmarking program has been appreciated by certain people. Would you be able to tell us further about it?

Danica Larsen:Yes that's right, I've put an awful lot of effort and am thrilled to have been recognized. I think I was a slightly surprised that the benchmarking initiative was among the items that was talked about that's because it's in its early days, you know; there's still a lot of work to be done. So I'm thrilled to see that the public is ecstatic about the initiative. It's a good thing because it's bound to add immense value. I'm hoping it will bring a lot of value, not only to us as a company however, for our clients also, and even sellers. And we'll help to give our clients some insights on the best ways to increase its growth future, in the same way we've observed it perform in the long run as a viable idea. Thus, to see that it was announced early in the beginning of like beta stages was a real thrill, as it shows that other people have noticed the advantages also.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our corporate values to be different, seek to Know and Act in a timely manner. I'm curious about what you think about the new values.

Danica Larsen What they are doing is following the right path, and understanding what"right" means. So actually investigating, digging into the issue, taking action quickly and making a decision. It's how I work. I do it every day... and looking at other individuals who make up the members of the Support Team can be said they're living by the values with our customers as well as with our customers every day. They're at the forefront in the lead, on the forefront of searching for insight, and executing swiftly, because that's aspect of being unable to complete their duties. When we fall apart as business, no one will be able to work alongside us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What suggestions can you offer for people who are on the opposite side ? Do you know one who wants to be a part of these ideals? What ideas do you have on how to help them become a reality?

Danica Larsen I'm only saying that I speak only from a personal perspective. The most important thing is to keep an eye on the situation whenever you can. When working with different account, the businesses selling, the customers, anyone whom we're dealing with, it's knowing their needs as well as the reason behind their need which determines the actions we can perform and how we're supposed to act. This is the "seeking understanding" and you cannot do it without being attentive. That's why my very first suggestion: simply pay attention to people who are around you.
