When faced with a challenge, Danica has a drive to act quickly by taking initiative to develop strategies to make sure that she is able to complete her initiatives are successful. Louise Cherry Barber: Danica You're Our Springie Award Winner for the third quarter of 2023! What's your reason for winning this Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt feels really rewarding and very happy to know that I have a significant element of who I am in my daily activities. It was nice knowing that my efforts were noticed by others, and that it was acknowledged as well-liked by people who have enthusiasm and optimism. In addition, I realized that this was not solely due to a certain quantity, as was the way I was perceived in the numerous work environments I've been employed at and more so because of who I am as well as the accomplishments I've had in excess of a certain quantity. It was wonderful to be recognized for who I are as a person. It was really touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: The work is truly inspirational and definitely deserves to be recognized. What I'm most interested about is if you could discuss certain points such as the time that you were interviewed and, specifically, when the time that you were working on your project in the software for benchmarking was recognized by a handful of people. Can you provide more information on this?

Danica LarsenYes it's true that I've done many hours of effort. I'm pleased to be acknowledged. I think I was slightly surprised see the benchmarking initiative as one of the initiatives which was recognized for the fact that it's still far from the beginning of the initiative, and has an enormous amount of work that needs to be done. The enthusiasm of all those who are interested in the project. The project will bring many advantages. I hope it can bring so much value not only to our company but equally to our customers, buyers and our vendors. And we'll help to improve our comprehension of the ways we could improve over time similar to the way we've observed that it benefits us by having acknowledged. This is why it was mentioned in the initial stages of being the beta-stages that have a lot in common with the current beta-stages was fantastic, since it means that there are other people with the same view.

Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our values for the company to Be different, Be aware and behave in an efficient manner. I'm curious about what you think about these new values.

Danica Larsen Danica Larsen: The most important thing for them is pursuing the correct course and understanding what's right. This means that they're taking into consideration the circumstances and delving into the topic and taking a quick decision quickly before making a choice. Actually I'm adamant about this each and everyday... as well by examining other employees and members of Support Team members. Support Team and, by that, I mean that they are sharing the same beliefs in our customers as they work with each day. They're always carrying the most in-depth knowledge, and at the forefront seeking to understand and execute quickly that is a vital aspect to do these tasks. As an organization, we can't keep working alongside us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What do you have to say to others who may be confronted with the same issue ? Do you think anyone is going to follow these principles? Do you have suggestions on how to be certain that they're not a blunder?

Danica Larsen You can be sure to know that I speak only from my viewpoint. Most important is to keep an eye on what is happening to the greatest possible extent. When working with different companies, accounts and sellers, every one whom is involved with you should be aware of the guidelines and the motivation behind them, which determines what we do and how we act. It's called "seeking understanding" and it is something we could do in a state of ignorance. The first tip I have is to listen to the views of those around you.
