"I discovered that I was attracted to the company by my wife Alejandro and a different element of Magicoders is the fact that we work in every initiative we undertake together," starts Tamara, co-founder of Magicoders. Alejandro had been pursuing his dream job with Siemens which is an German company in the field of technology. He was promoted to the role director of regional offices for Latin America, but he had plans to move on. "Corporate work wasn't the best fit for a man. He was a blind man with no light and was absorbing information created by Siemens over the past 20 years." She continues.

"We created our own business by working remotely prior to being required to define how you worked!" She smiles. "After the disease, nearly everybody is aware. But, our business has been in operation for over fifteen years."

Tamara as well as Alejandro Tamara and Alejandro provide WordPress development and support, even at a time when WordPress wasn't widely utilized. They first began to work on platforms that connect freelancers and customers. Their first platform to collaborate with was Elancer after which, as they accumulated the experience they acquired and proved their abilities and worth, they switched to higher-end platforms such as Codeable.

"I took care of the management and marketing aspects of the company and started slow development, eventually getting to the point at which we're currently each working on," she adds. It was, however, not the most recent models of Magicoders. "We were thinking of working out of Uruguay as well as Argentina and also from different countries, with family and friends who are from Brazil and have access to internet. We had decided it was something that we'd like to do, and did it for a while until we were freelancers full-time" The woman reflects.

Services, products and work examples

Magicoders are focused on WordPress in addition to membership sites, but they also provide "pretty everything beyond a complete site design to specific tasks" she explains. One area in which Magicoders succeed is in complex and intricate project that have a number of moving components.

"Plugins require interactions with one. When something happens in one plugin, it's more likely to be replicated in a different. plugin. However, this may be the case in all situations. It's our responsibility to discover bridges, and the connection for them." Tamara explains. "We have the ability to connect all things."

Magicoders are "mini-systems" connecting different components with each other. As your site gets larger and more complex, you will have a greater number of plugins you could have as well as the more moving parts that need to be able to communicate with each other. It could lead to issues.

"WordPress development is different unlike other systems where one entity is responsible for each component. The reason is that with WordPress each plugin can be designed by a different business so there's a difference between hyperlinks. We work out methods to alter them so that they make them perform exactly what they're intended to perform."

"We're creating a site that relies on membership in the moment and is connected to the social network plugin. Our customers must have access to certain functions only when members have been enrolled, however, BuddyBoss isn't a choice to sign up. We have a policy that we assure you that you're qualified to use certain features once you're signed up to an active subscription. We developed a backend system which allows users to access subscriber list and options that let users remove their subscriptions." Tamara continues.

Magicoders Magicoders cooperate with Elasticsearch specifically to assist massive websites. Additionally, it supports API integrations. If you have an existing WordPress website and an email database, every time new sign-up of active subscribers you get an opportunity to pass those details to your CRM.

"We have a client of ours that uses audio-based podcasts. We've been approached by him to modify the manner in which Podcast RSS feed displays content. Podcast RSS feeds display the contents of the description and name in a fluid fashion based upon who subscriber," she says. Once you're subscribed, you'll be able to view any content that's protected and if otherwise, you won't have access to access it. But, in this situation Magicoders must be secured to make all content accessible for everyone within specific scenarios in addition to allowing any person access to content that is protected in particular circumstances. "We're currently working on developing websites that permit membership in certain ways," she says.

We believe that certain subscription-based plugins within the WordPress ecosystem are excellent they typically cost nothing, but they're not designed to be customized and are communicating with other plugins. "This is where Magicoders can assist! Along with WooCommerce sites that are membership-based are our forte," she smiles.

An alternative example could be the AndroidIntel.net client for AndroidIntel.net which had one distinct demand: whenever users signed up and logged into the account, a counter started noting the amount of time for each user who utilized specific functions. Magicoders designed an online map of their trips "She created this layout that was a road map with a range of colours and icons. Users would later allow users to view the style she was convinced of."

The future of Magicoders

"We are organizing a major project to build an enormous membership site. It's struggling to keep up with the activity on their servers. Hence, we'll make use of the third party SaaS solution (in this case ) to handle all the activities that are controlled through the WordPress server as well as to eliminate the problem." Tamara and Alejando are also planning to move the podcast of their clients to a separate feed, so the media company will be able to monetize the premium podcast.
