Today , we've introduced an exciting Analytics and Metrics experience that is completely new which can help you solve the most important questions that will help grow your company and also impress all types of data enthusiasts and newbies alike.

Don't worry about tracking metrics

With regards to measures, the more you know, the better. To help you make sense of the chaos, we've tracked five key member-related metrics, and then present them in an easy-to-understand manner so that you can stay concentrated on member growth and retention.

Worry-free metrics tracking

What we're watching: ( expanded / new)

  • Recurring income per month is the most important measure to be considered by an organization that is a member. It answers the question: How much money could I be expected to earn? Our metrics now explain the reasoning for the figures (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net income will show you the amount of money you have earned over the past month (minus refunds) as well as the place it was taken from.
  • Pay members allows you to explore the total amount of regular members in your accountand also the changes to that total.
  • Churn displays the amount of money that you've lost -- either involuntary or voluntary, and the sum of money that was churned.
  • Trials shows you how many members have decided to renew their membership after the trial has ended.

Review metrics from different plans

We've developed a different overview of each of the five measures and have provided you with an easy way to evaluate MRR-paying members, net revenue and Churn across five programs. It's easy to find the metrics that are doing best, what ones aren't and how to increase up.

Click on any number in the table then we'll direct you to the calendar of that month. You'll be presented with the numbers that make up the complete number of data points. For example, if new members contribute $1500 to your MRR in June, you'll be in a position to see MRR which is charted for every day in June as well as the list of those who have a connection to you.
