A roundup of new enhancements and features

It's been an active summer for us in's virtual headquarters! In the last few months, we've hired a plethora of new engineers, designers as well as customer service reps to better serve you and to build out the features and experience you need to be successful.

Without further delay, here are some methods we've tried striving in order to help make the experience even better.

Live Lessons with Zoom

It's been among the most frequently requested features and we're eager to announce!

Also, all your reporting will be integrated in one place, giving you a holistic view of the students' performance and completion rates.

Get connected with your students via Intercom

Highways.io). Intercom is an online chat service which allows you to communicate directly with visitors to your website and students.

Better User Experience

We understand that features are only effective if you are able to use these features! We're constantly striving to make your experience more fluid and our service more intuitive. We've done this by making a few important changes:

1. A better Site Builder

Apart from the course in themselves, Site Builder is where you create personalised pages that promote your courses and/or offer members-only content.

• It is now possible to edit your site directly through the live preview. Just select the area you'd like to edit to edit and start right away.

• Choosing a destination for your landing page buttons is now much clearer and simpler.
• You can now reorder custom fields on your sign-up page.
    Custom fields let you capture crucial information about your clients when they sign up. Previously, once you had entered the required fields into your form you could not change them, without losing information. You can now move and drop fields whenever you wish!

2. An easier picture of what students will see

The preview feature has been enhanced to allow students to view your course from your student's perspective. Now you have three options of how to view your course

• Preview current lesson: This will display the current lesson you have chosen from the Course Builder. If the lesson is a draft that is not yet completed, you'll be able to view it to test it.
• View all lessons in the course The preview will display all your lessons starting from the beginning of the course. If a lesson is in draft, you will be able to view them for testing purposes.
• The preview course will be presented to you in the form of a student The preview course is a preview of all your lessons beginning with the first lesson of the course. Like how students experiences your course should any lessons be in written in draft and you are not able to see them, then you won't have the ability to view these!

3. New Question & Survey Reporting by Student

A lot of creators opt for our powerful assessment features that include Quizzes, Assignments and Surveys. However, until now it was a bit difficult to locate all those assessments for a single student.

You can now access an "Quiz & Survey" option within every student's profile. Here you can see each individual's performance across all the courses they're enrolled in. It is now possible to:

• Find all quizzes and surveys that your student completed
• Check the scores of each test.
• Download a CSV of each individual answer

4. Improvements in Coupon Management

Coupons are a powerful and flexible tool that allows you to offer special discounts and even B2B transactions, charging a single discount to a group, and then offering coupons that are 100% off for redemption.

We've added a few adjustments to make managing your coupons a lot easier:

• It is possible to use the search bar to find coupons that are specific to your needs.
• Now you can see the total quantity and remaining coupons all in one handy table
