We have released a new API for Offers that allows users to surface upsell, cross-sell additions, as well as alternative deals to potential buyers during every customer interaction.
Tax Exemption Updates in Digital Invoicing
Users are now able to attach a tax-exempt ID to quotes created within the app and via through the Quotes API. The change is applicable to any country that tax collection is conducted.
Revised Zip code requirements in North America
In the USA as well as Canada Users will have to enter postal codes and zip codes in addition to. This enables us to verify more precisely tax exemption numbers prior to the date when creating quotes. This is applicable to user generated quotes as well as those generated by the end-customers of users.
Expanded Tax Exemption Support in Orders coming from Japan
Users making sales in Japan have the option of entering an JCT tax ID to B2B transactions and receive an 0% tax rate. They can also declare the tax directly in reverse accounting.
