We've released a brand new Offers API which allows customers to surface upsell, cross-sell additional options, offers, or add-ons as well as additional opportunities for buyers during each customer interaction.
HTML0 Tax Exemption Updates and Digital Invoicing
Users can now attach a tax-exempt ID to the quotes they make within the App and from using the Quotes API. This update is available to all supported countries that collect taxes.
Refreshed Zip Code Requirements applicable in North America
In the USA as well as Canada Customers in Canada and the USA will need to input postal codes as well as zip codes in addition to. This enables us to verify more precisely tax exemption numbers before the time the quote is created. This is applicable to quotes generated by users and also to quotes created by the end-customers of customers.
Expanded support for Tax exemption on orders coming via Japan
The customers who sell in Japan have the option of submitting an JCT tax ID into B2B transactions, and benefit from the lowest cost of 0%. They can also pay the tax directly using reverse accounting.
