- Sweet Selfies: Members post pictures after every workout, sharing their motivation and encouraging other members to join in.
- Alpha Meal Posts The members share pictures of their meals and break them into macro elements in order to increase accountability and inform members of the community.
- Birthday Burpees For birthdays, the members record themselves performing burpees that correspond to their age. This is fun and challenging and brings joy across the neighborhood.
What can you do to implement these routines that are shared by your team members?

- Community support Make sure that everyone walks along this road on their own by creating a community that encourages and supports.
How can you implement this model for your staff members:
- Draw out a clearly defined and step-by-step plan for a member's transformation.
- Set up meaningful milestones that can be celebrated by rewards.
- Make sure that the community is supported throughout the year through group challenges, check-ins, and a sense of encouragement.
The implementation of a transformation path framework provides a reason to members to stay. The members are constantly moving towards the goal they have set with tangible rewards.
