Although many children begin their entrepreneurial journey by selling treats to friends, Morgan Hipworth took his early interest in food to the next step. The young founder behind popular Australian bakery, Bistro Morgan was able to develop a love of food via cooking programs when he was just seven .

"I observed other kids in the news working toward their goals, and then I was thinking to myself: 'If they're capable of it, then I can also accomplish it,'" Morgan says. Then he put his faith into action "Each weekend, I'd make three-course meals for my parents and family and serve my food in the dining room of my parents' house," he says. "I then extended my clientele to my extended family by providing freshly baked treats at birthdays and other occasions." At age 13 He was urged to take samples to the local café, and was then solely accountable for the cafe's supply of sweets and baked goods.

Include your customers in your brand story

"Being in a position to be able to share a story and really bring people along has always been an integral aspect of building a client database," he says. "Connection is the number one priority, and is the factor that turns a once-in-a-lifetime client into a loyal one who'll support you for life."
