In a survey that was conducted in 2024 with more than 1,000 respondents, people were generally happy with their view of AI instruments. However, they have acknowledged the fact that AI content may at times appear boring, stale or plain. The same has shown to be the case and that's why we're trying to design an AI experience that's reflective of your branding and is a hit with your expanding customer base.

In order to achieve this, we built Brand Identity, which intakes the descriptions of your brand's tone and description in order to provide a consistent personalized AI experience with the different AI products.
