Is conversion rate optimization for SaaS software any different from the traditional A/B test for Ecommerce?
It's all about getting consumers to click the "buy" click (like the E-commerce site)? Is there something more to it?
I sat down with Growth expert (and current Director for Growth for Planday) Frederic Linfjard -- and inquired what he was thinking on these issues.
You'll notice that CRO in SaaS extends far beyond "red button in contrast to. blue button."
