Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'd be happy to congratulate you for being awarded our Springie award. It's been a long time since we've made the announcement. So hopefully you were somewhat amazed when we announced it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely, I was incredibly surprised. The PSI team is a collective -that is our PSI team. This is one of the most incredible groups of people I've ever been a part of, and hearing the things they said about my work was incredibly inspirational. However, the same phrases are able to be reversed and directed at each one of them. We all have other's backs. And anything that any individual or group of us do is taken credit to the whole effort, regardless of regardless of whether or not it's a good thing. So if something goes wrong it's our obligation to join forces in order to rectify the issue. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to have accomplished it without the help from my family and friends. They are very important for me. More than the prize I am sure. However, it was great to have it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. Additionally, it was an amazing opportunity for me to spectator of your entire team to get together and discuss stories as well as your impressions. It's great to know how important the team was to you and your experience overall in the place. As you consider your experience with the Springie Award, and living according to the principles of Making a Difference, looking to learn and acting with urgency Do you have any suggestions to provide to others with whom who have been with you for nearly nine years. What can you do to, throughout your day, follow these principles? What can you do to implement them?

Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've been involved in a variety of organizations with diverse characteristics. And the values we currently have in a way mirror my basic values. This seems strange to me. There isn't any conscious thought in my mind that I'm trying to achieve. This is just how I go about my day. Becoming a positive influence having a clear understanding, and being ardent regarding what you're doing is the core values that make my day. We're in direct contact with sellers that are gaining acceptance. And you know, empathizing with them, and helping them know what the issue is and then figure out the quick solution, and then offer them the very best service to sell is my way of living my day-to-day life. I'm grateful that we are in a business that is in tune with how I conduct myself, which means I don't even be required to do anything.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy to forget about it when it's part of who you are. If you look back on your experience in this space What were the most satisfying things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've been around for a good while. The truth is I'm pumped to finish my work. You know, and how do I get there? This is because the way I've described the individuals and the ones who I work with are best to be in a class. The platform we have, in this market of retailers of record, means that we're leaders and I'm in a position to partner with those amazing people on shaping the future of our company . It's the reason I'm here.
