Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congratulations for winning the Springie award. It's been a long time since we announced it. We hope you're somewhat surprised when we announced it.
Jon Tewes:Absolutely, I was incredibly surprised. You know, what we can count on as a teamthat is our PSI team, one of the most amazing group of individuals I've worked with, and to hear the things that they had to say about the work I do was truly touching. But just as easily the same phrases can be turned around and pointed right back to each of them. Everyone has each other's backs. Whatever any one individual of us does is something we take responsibility to do as a group as well as good and bad. When something isn't working, we're all there to come together to make things right. So I couldn't have done without them. They are very important for me. And, it's greater than the award for sure. The award was definitely great to get.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. And it was really special for me as an observer all of your team members being able to gather telling stories about your experiences. It's also great to hear how meaningful the team is to you and the experience you've had here. If you consider your experience with the Springie Award, and living up to the values of Making a Difference, seeking to understand and acting in a timely manner What suggestions do you give to the people -- you know, you've spent almost nine years. How can you how do you live those values? How do you bring them to life?
Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved with many different businesses with different values. The values that we have right now r closely reflect my fundamental values. So not living them can be a bit alien to me. This isn't a conscious decision to do, but something I try to accomplish. It's just the way I live my everyday life. Understanding, making a difference, and being urgent about your work are basic principles which guide my work every day. We're working closely with sellers who are getting on board. It's about empathizing with them and helping them know what the issue is and then figure out the answer quickly and provide them with the most pleasant experience for selling is just the way that I live my daily life. It's really nice to are a business that is like the way I am already doing it which means I don't have to try.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy to not have to think about it when it's an integral part of who you are. In reflecting on your experiences here, what are some of the most rewarding things about being here ?
Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed that I've been here for quite a while. However, at the core of that, I'm excited to be here You know, and what's the reason? It's because, as I've mentioned before the individuals and the ones I work with. I think it's better when you're in the classroom. And the platform that we are able to use, within the area of merchant of record is a leader, and I get to work with these amazing individuals to shape the future of . It's the reason I'm here.
