For our second example built in this series we're featuring the work of Fred Linfjard showing how you are able to integrate self-serve transaction through your website to Salesforce in minutes. This build also shows you an example of the way Zapier can be used to capture data through 's webhooks, allowing you to transmit the data to a different service Zapier can connect to.
For the second part of this build, Fred demonstrates how you can use Zapier's trigger to catch webhooks and create records in Salesforce. Creating records in salesforce with webhooks allows teams to attribute sign ups and self-serve transactions to opportunities. The result is an all-inclusive record of transactions within their company. they can use those records to better market upsells, upgrades, and upgrade offers to customers.
