The task to complete: The sales team of your company is looking to pull self-service transactions through your CRM so that they have access to customer purchase for them to identify their upsell or upgrade strategy for customers who self-serve.
As a second instance of this build, we'll feature the design of Fred Linfjard showing how you can integrate self-service transactions from your website to Salesforce within a couple of minutes. It will also give the ways Zapier can be used to gather data via webhooks so you can then transfer the information to a different service Zapier is able to integrate with.
For the second part of this series, Fred shows how to leverage the trigger by Zapier to detect webhooks, and create records in Salesforce. The creation of records within Salesforce with webhooks lets teams attribute the sign-ups of customers and self-serve transactions to an opportunity. The result is one record for all company sales. They can use the records to promote upsells, upgrades, and upgrades to customers.
