Five good reasons to sign up to the New Slack Community: Global SaaS Leadership *

Mar 30, 2022

This is the version we are using. TL;DR version of this article reads the following:

  • We recently created a brand new (free!) Slack community: Global SaaS Leaders.
  • This is an opportunity for leaders from established SaaS as well as software companies (including the founders! ).

We're launching a brand new, Slack group for free. Slack group.

The community spirit is fantastic!

No, seriously.

There are other SaaS and communities that use software. Some of them are excellent.

We looked into the idea of creating the kind of community that we we wouldlike to be a part of, we saw the possibility of creating something completely innovative.

We came up with Global SaaS Leaders as a area with five distinct characteristics:

1. Global perspective

We discovered numerous SaaS and software-based communities that were U.S.-based or located in specific areas.

Global SaaS Leaders will be diverse. They may be at home within the U.S., but our customers as well as the larger SaaS community are spread across the globe..

If we create the community we'll know that we have a diverse membership and the international perspective.

2. The design is geared towards leaders of long-standing SaaS and software-based companies.

One of the most fascinating discussions about software we came across on the internet was related to beginning the development of an entirely brand new SaaS company:

These discussions are helpful for anyone who is looking to build the foundation of an SaaS.

At the end of the day, we discovered that it's quite difficult to get helpful conversations with leaders of well-established Software as well as SaaS businesses.

This is the reason we've decided to establish an online community for SaaS entrepreneurs who are thinking about expanding and growing of the scope of their established software business instead of creating the minimal viable products or looking to raise seed funds.

If you're a lifelong entrepreneur and have an unfunded SaaS that is currently earning $10,000 a month, we'd be pleased to help connect with other entrepreneurs similar to yours.

The same applies for those who are the director of development at a venture-backed company that recently crossed the $10 million mark each year.

The focus will be on this during the next meeting of Global SaaS Leaders in order to establish a space where participants can be able to discuss issues that are unique to your company when you have reached the point of product-market-fit and ready to scale up.

3. Professionally moderated

It's the duty of a skilled and committed moderator (or the group that has moderators!) to establish a warm and welcoming culture within the group.

We've gained via the Reddit community. Take r/entrepreneur as an instance.

Even the most respected communities like this have to struggle at times with concentration. One of the top. top thread in the past year included a heated article about the manner in which cryptocurrency consumes the feed:

Katie Stephan and Nathan Collier (authors of this article!) is the team for moderation who will be on hand as we begin our journey into the Global SaaS Leaders community.

Together, we've spent more than 10 years hosting community forums on the internet with thousands of members.

In addition, the creation and creation of the community are an integral part of the job descriptions for our employees..

Our conversation will stay focussed on SaaS along with other applications and we'll ensure that there is no need to deal with unwelcome offers, spam Personal attacks, trolling in any manner.

4. Does not mean that HTML0 is solely concentrated on financing or venture capital rounds.

There's no need to worry if you're struggling financially, venture funded and private equity funded, or some other form of ownership.

World SaaS Leaders won't be an event that is focused on funding rounds or exit strategies.

We are also planning to put the forum so that participants are able to participate in discussions about the hiring process, profit and revenue, tool price models, technology infrastructure, and anything else relevant to the development of business software.

It's okay to occasionally discuss financing. However, it isn't the sole topic of discussion.

5. Most beneficial SaaS and software community anywhere on the internet

There are some communities on the internet that can be dangerous places.

Whoever you are or the place you're from or your experiences, we'd like to make you feel comfortable by posting on and participating in our forums.

Katie along with me we will do everything we can do to build an environment that is positive and supportive within the community we have created. We will also ensure that we'll not stand for individuals' attacks, racism or prejudices that is based on race, gender or any other unacceptable behavior.

Our goal is no more than creating the most helpful SaaS and software-based community on the internet.

How do I join to the Global SaaS Leaders Community

If you're the head of a reputable SaaS company, we'd like to welcome you into our team!

It's a long demand form, but we use it to determine the overall quality of our community as well as to identify spammers.

There's also a FAQ that is available on the app's website , which could help users with the answer to their concerns.

We'd like to invite you to be a part of our family!
